Terms of Service
Welcome to FLYERFOX. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. These conditions ensure transparency and protect both you and us in every project we deliver.
1. Scope of Services
FLYERFOX provides creative, print, and placement solutions for local offline marketing. This includes design, production, distribution, and campaign measurement. Every service is tailored for clarity, simplicity, and measurable engagement.
2. Quotes and Payments
All quotes are provided in writing and valid for 14 days. Once a project is confirmed, a full or partial payment may be required before production begins. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; FLYERFOX does not store payment details.
3. Revisions and Deliverables
Each creative order includes up to two rounds of revisions, unless otherwise stated. Final deliverables—digital or physical—are considered approved once you confirm by email or proceed to print.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, assets, and contact details. FLYERFOX cannot be held liable for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect client materials.
5. Intellectual Property
All original designs, visuals, and copy created by FLYERFOX remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. After payment, you receive a license for the agreed usage (print, advertising, digital display, etc.). Redistribution or resale is not permitted without consent.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order after approval, costs for work already performed (design time, materials, or print setup) will be deducted before refunding any remaining balance.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure precision and quality in all outputs. However, FLYERFOX shall not be liable for indirect losses, printing errors caused by client-provided content, or damages beyond the total amount paid for the project.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time to reflect new legal or operational requirements. The current version will always be available on this page.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled exclusively within English courts.
